Between the rooms is the bathroom, and down the hall the two bedrooms. Exit out onto the fenced small yard through the patio living room doors.

This apartment is part of a triplex with 2 of the apartments sharing a laundry room located at the other end of the building with a washer & dryer. The triplex is a quiet residence home to long term tenants and we are looking for similar applicants who are quiet and respectful.

Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the front of the building.

Downtown Invermere is less than a 10 minute walk where you will find bars, restaurants, an excellent bakery, fitness center and grocery stores. Through the winter a free Panorama Mountain Village shuttle bus stops downtown. Panorama is 18 kms away – a beautiful drive up a winding mountain road.  The famous hot springs at Radium and Fairmont are around a 20 minute drive north or south respectively.
