Accessed by stairs or an elevator from the building lobby, this second floor condo with views of the ski hill, has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
Enter into the condo with the bathroom to your left, next to a small closet space. The bathroom is spacious and features a shower over the tub. From entering the condo, the fully equipped kitchen is to your right; with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven & stove top. There is a dining table that seats 4 and the living room is towards the back of the condo with a couch, coffee table, an electric fireplace & a patio door that takes you to the deck with a patio table and chairs, and a view of the ski hill! From the living room is the bedroom with a king bed- this bed is actually made up of 2 twin mattresses, sliding mirrored closet doors and a small storage locker within the closet.
The Tamarack Lodge, on the ground level, has a communal laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, each $2.00 a load, a separate ski locker room with your own allocated locker (tenants responsible for purchasing lock) and a beverage vending machine. The Lodge has underground parking and a large communal storage area for use (items are left at the tenants own risk).
Attached to the Lodge is a ski rental store and a café which can be accessed from the back entrance of the building. Steps from the back entrance is the ski hill and the Springs building; home to the hot pools and hot tub, which the tenant will have complimentary access to.
